Terms and Conditions

1. Credit / debit card details are required to secure a booking.

2. Guests may pay by cash, cheque, credit / debit card.

3. Guests paying by credit / debit card will be surcharged £3 or 3%, whichever the greater.

4. Cancellation Policy: Guests cancelling within 24 hours will incur a charge.

5. A) Guests who smoke anywhere in the house, will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning cost will be incurred.
   B) Any person who disables any fire detection device may invalidate the public liability insurance, for which they will be accountable.
   C) Guests who’s behaviour falls below acceptable standards, may be asked to leave immediately.

6. The owners reserve the right to charge for any damage, loss, or excessive housework.

7. Guests may not invite visitors to their room or the house. Single rooms are for one person only.

8. Quiet hours are between 11.00 pm and 7.30 am.
