	Facilities
	The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the showers supply piping hot water with excellent water pressure (no tepid trickle here). Guests have their own keys and may come and go as they please. All prices include a good three course English Breakfast, or vegetarian if required. Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 08:30 hours Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 09:00 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Packed lunches are available by prior arrangement. Sorry no pets and the whole house is Non Smoking. Casa Mia is WiFi enabled at no charge to guests!

	Access to the Casa Mia Casa Mia Guest House is situated in central Plymouth with council run on- street parking. There is no designated disabled parking space however there is allowance for 1 car with disabled badge outside our front door. The bus station is a 5 minute walk and the train station 20 mins. There is a taxi service available at both. City centre, restaurants and bars are a short walk from Casa Mia Guest House. There are 9 steps up to the front door with a low handrail, with a further step over into the porch/hallway. Ground/first and second floors are level with easy rise stairs and wide handrail between floors. There is a double en-suite room on the ground floor, the en-suite has good access and a grab rail but is not suited to wheelchairs. Assistance is available with luggage and the corridors and stairs are lit at all times. All TV’s have remote control. There are cordless kettles in all rooms. Full table service is available at breakfast. There is good mobile phone reception. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the guest house.. We welcome walkers and cyclists and have a secure area for bikes. We regret we cannot accommodate under 5’s or pets. Parking is on street, free from 6pm – 10am. Parking vouchers are available from us at a reduced rate from the hours between 10am – 6pm. Check in is between 4-7pm or by special arrangement. Guests must vacate room by 10am on the day of departure.
